Shipping policy
UK Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We use DPD and Royal Mail tracked services.
- Standard delivery (2–5 working days): FREE on all orders
- Express delivery (next working day): £14.99 — available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day.
EU Delivery
EU orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days depending on destination.
- Standard international tracked: £29.99
Import duties and local VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. UK prices include VAT at 20% — EU customers may be charged import duty on arrival.
International Delivery
International shipping is available on request. Please contact us at info@poolbot.co.uk for a quote before ordering.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@poolbot.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
